Milk Chocolate

The first time you experienced chocolate, it was most likely a milk chocolate. 

The core ingredients of milk chocolate are cocoa and sugar (same as dark chocolate), plus milk powder

Milk chocolate tends to be less brittle and melts faster in your mouth owing to the lower melting point of milk fat.  The natural lactose sugars from the milk powder combine with the sugar to make milk chocolate sweeter than dark chocolate.

We favour milk chocolates with higher cocoa content and lower sugar, preferably 30% or lower.
